Summer Skills Camps

Advanced Skills Camp: June 8th - 11th (7th-12th grades)

• Head Clinician Grayson DuBose, WAC Coach of the Year
• 9am -12pm; lunch break, 1:30-5:00 pm;
• The fee for this camp is $140, due by June 5th. After June 5th the registration fee increases to $150.
• This camp filled to capacity last year. Register early to ensure your spot.
• Email or postal mail registration form to Lone Peak H.S. (10189 N 4800 W, Highland UT 84003).

Elementary Skills Camp: June 8th - 11th; 6:30-8:15 pm ($50)

2009 Team Camp:

• Dixie State, July 13-16.
• A deposit of $25 (payable to LPHS) must be made by June 1st.
• A camp fee of $225 (payable to Dixie State College). This fee includes room and board.
• Dixie State will provide bus transit to the college for approximately $50 per player (round trip).
• You need to bring a completed registration form when meeting the bus.

Setters Clinic: June 22-23

Summer Conditioning:

• Summer Volleyball Conditioning Session 1: M-W-F June 15th - July 1st ($50)
• Summer Volleyball Conditioning Session 2: M-T-TH-F July 27th-August 7th ($50)

LPHS Volleyball Players in the news:

Lacey Cramer (2008) recently took first in the 800-meter at the NCAA Indoor Track Championships.

• Lacey is the first Cougar to take a National Championship as a freshman.
• Her team finished 3rd overall, BYU's best finish to date.
• Congratulations, Lacey!

LPHS Class of 2009:

• Heather Hannemann signed with BYU on 4/10.

For the fourth consecutive year, LPHS will graduate an All-American!

• 2006: Ashley Hamilton (S) prepvolleyball.com All-American (Eastern Washington)
• 2007: Christy Carpenter (H) AVCA All-American (BYU)
• 2008: Lacey Laycock (S) prepvolleyball.com All-American (BYU-HI)
• 2009: Heather Hannemann (S) prepvolleyball.com All-American (committed to BYU)

5A All-State Teams announced:

• Congrats to Heather Hannemann, the 5A MVP!
• Seven other LPHS players made the all-state lists, including Ashlan Rogers, Aubrey Muaina, and Anna Burgess all of whom made the first team.
